～なぜラクロス部に入ったか～

新しいスポーツを始めたいと考えている時、学生主体で活動するラクロスに興味を持った。そしてカレッジスポーツであることから、全員が同じスタートラインに立って目標に向かって進んでいけることがいいなと思ったから。

When I was planning to start a new sports in University, I was interested in lacrosse because it’s active by student. And because it is college sports, I thought that it is nice that everyone could stand on the same start line and move forward towards the goal.

～どのように文武両道しているか～

自分のスケジュールを常に管理するようにし、授業が空いてる時間や通学中の電車に乗っている時間などを有効活用するようにしている。

I always manage my schedule so that I can make effective use of the time when I don’t have lessons and free time.

～部活がある日の1日の流れ～

朝4時に起き、始発に乗って部活動に行く。
授業前まで部活動してから1限から4限まで授業を行う。放課後にウエイトトレーニングを行い、自主トレーニングをして帰宅するような1日になっている。

I get up at 4 o'clock in the morning and go to club activities with my first train.
After that, I go to classes from 1 to 4. When classes are finished, I have weight training. If I have time I’ do voluntary training and go home.
